August 19th - Thank you for sending the photos of me and my husband from yesterday's kayaking venture into Kawela Bay. It was the first time we'd been in the bay, and hopefully not our last. Our guides, Sian and Drew were most courteous, knowledgeable and we felt very looked after considering it was a fully booked tour. The fresh pineapple is a great touch, to provide local produce to visitors. Too, he handled the situation very well when fishermen were voicing their suggestions for us to move further away from shore where they were casting their lines. Your overarching message in keeping the bay clean, and free from man-made chemicals & products are positive and appreciated. April 1st - I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how wonderful Shawn and Drew were today! They gave each person in the group specialized attention throughout the entire tour. Drew was especially good to us because he taught us white water kayaking and kayak surfing! We had a great time, especially after I got the hang of surfing! July 3rd - My husband and I went on your kayak tour last Sunday during our stay at Turtle Bay. What a wonderful surprise to not only get a picture of me and my husband on the kayaks but shots of the turtles in the water and an aerial view as well! The extra photos are treasured as is our memory of the early morning kayaking activity. I also want you to know that your guides were fantastic. Drew and Roan (I believe that was his name) were informative, personable and good humored. Even when the van sustained a flat tire, their demeanor was positive and they took it in stride to develop a plan for how to proceed without compromising our experience on the water.
